SC MTS Selection Procedure Details: Selection Process details for Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Exam are given below..

SSC (Staff Selection Commission) has started the recruitment process for four posts of LDC (Lower Division Clerk), DEO (Data Entry Operator), Postal / Sorting Assistants and Court Clerks through the CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level)

The SSC 10+2 recruitment process comprises of the following three stages or tiers:

  • Tier 1 : Computer based examination This Tier 1 is the most important part of the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level recruitment process. The marks secured in this are included in making the final result. To clear this exam you will need to clear the cut offs in each section and also on the whole test.   • Tier 2 : Descriptive paperAll candidates who clear the minimum cut off marks in each section and on the test as a whole in the Tier 1 exam are expected to take this test of Descriptive paper. The marks obtained in this test will be included in the final result.

  • Tier 3 : Skill Test / Typing TestThus, based on your marks in Tier 1 and Tier 2 exam, the Commission will prepare a post-wise list of candidates and call them for the Tier 3 exam. Based on the post that you have qualified for, you will need to undergo one of the two below mentioned tests.
